I was the kid who always got hurt. From falling headfirst off of one of those now antiquated 10 foot slides, to falling down a mountain in Mexico at age 14. Fast forward to my adult life and it doesn't get any better. Being thrown from a golf cart, resulting in a bad head injury, and falling into a dishwasher, are my latest adventures. Don’t laugh. I found I’m not the only one!

 

So...needless to say, I have dealt with my share of head and bodily injuries, and pain. Which put me on an early path of research and discovery, and the desire to coach others in finding a path to feeling less pain and more energy to have adventures! Because pain saps energy and life.

 

I love my hubby, three kids, and grandkids. I plan to have lots more adventures with them, and continue helping many others do the same.
